Genmed provide Managed Service Contracts that integrate solutions for an innovative result. Since 2006 Genmed has entered into over 40 Managed Service Contracts with more contracts in the pipeline. These can range from a straightforward single vendor product configuration up to larger requirements using multiple vendors and including: UK based call centre with the option of remote monitoring using NHS Net (N3), dedicated supply chain and logistics with the option of workflow consultancy.

Genmed is active in the areas of Surgery, Radiology, Pathology and Healthcare IT and comprises a team of professionals and partner companies that provide all the expertise needed. This may also include process re-engineering, project finance and management, supply chain and logistics and the relevant professional services – in fact all that is needed to design and implement contracts that facilitate efficient and effective clinical planning and allow you to manage future demand uncertainty.

Genmed is often invited to partner with leading healthcare suppliers who sometimes have products in a narrow clinical range of product and services and want to provide a wider range of choice to their customers. For example, in the area of pathology, this can sometimes involve one vendor adopting a management role - as lead technical partner and, surprisingly, giving customers the option to not select their equipment.
